For teachers & staff: how to submit proposals

If you are an educator at an SVUSD public or charter school, SVEF is now funding Classroom Grants for the 2026-2027 school year. Just set up an account on DonorsChoose and complete the application form. SVEF will automatically receive a notification that your proposal is in the queue.
- We'll approve projects on a rolling basis, once per month, through May 17, 2027 - just post your proposal and we'll automatically see it!
- We can approve a maximum of one application (up to $1,000) per teacher per school year. Group projects are allowed; see details on the flyer.
- If you would like to apply for experiences, field trips, or professional learning opportunities, please contact [email protected] for more information, as those requests may not be posted on Donors Choose.
