With only a few weeks to go before the Red & White Ball, we rounded up a few FAQs to help make sure you are ready for a great time.
When does the event start?
Check-in, food trucks, and the bars will open at 5pm in front of City Hall on the south side of the Plaza. Arrive early to set up your own picnic, grab a glass of wine or beer, check out the student performances, and enjoy the event!
What does a General Admission ticket include?
You'll receive a reusable, compostable wine tumbler and a drink ticket that can be redeemed for a glass of wine or beer at the bar (for guests aged 21+ only). By purchasing a ticket, you are also helping underwrite the costs of the event and supporting local public school students.
What should I bring?
You'll want to pack your favorite picnic seating and decide ahead if you'll bring a picnic meal from home or purchase a meal onsite from one of our food truck vendors.
What about food?
You can bring your own meal, or order from one of our onsite food truck vendors. Plus, a portion of all proceeds will be donated back to SVEF! We are pleased to partner with these delicious food trucks:
What are the beverage options?
A variety of wine and beer options will be available for purchase at the event. We are very grateful to our generous beverage sponsors, who will be providing red, white, and rose wines:
In addition, sparkling wine, beer, and canned cocktails will be provided by:
Can I arrange for my picnic to be setup instead of doing it myself?
We are selling a limited number of Champion of Education tables, which include a luxury setup, complete with table and chairs, for four people. This option also includes wine and beer, meals from an onsite food truck, and a special supporter shout-out during the event. Please call (707) 935-9566 is you have any questions. - Check out music and theater performances by local students on the main stage.
- Visit the photo booth to take a selfie with friends and family.
- Play a variety of free lawn games (located in between the duck pond and small playground)
- Enjoy a short presentation from the stage by Master of Ceremonies Andrew Smith and Executive Director Sarah Carroll (and perhaps some other surprise guests!!).
- Dance the night away to the infectious, high-energy beats by Funk Fatale.
